Issuer Works is Wanderport's first product. It is a platform for small public and pre-public companies and the professionals who serve them, combining a marketplace for auditors, securities counsel, transfer agents, and IR firms with IssuerIQ, an AI assistant that reviews filings for reconciliation issues and missing disclosures. It is in invitation-only beta.
What is IssuerIQ?
IssuerIQ is the AI assistant inside Issuer Works. It compares primary statements, equity activity, footnotes, and comparative periods to flag amounts that may not reconcile, cross-foot, or agree; identifies disclosures for management and professional consideration; and produces a filing summary with an overall filing score.
Who is Issuer Works for?
Issuers (small public and pre-public companies managing reporting, governance, communications, and corporate actions) and service providers such as auditors, attorneys, transfer agents, and investor relations and communications firms.
Is Issuer Works available now?

Does Issuer Works replace my auditor or lawyer?
No. Issuer Works supports professionals; it does not provide legal, accounting, or investment advice. A qualified person reviews every AI output.

Featured listings are labeled as such and are never presented as verification.
