Contact form. The form at Contact asks for your name, email address, a subject, and a message. The subjects are consultation, access code, investor relations, and something else. We deliver the submission through FormSubmit to info@wanderportcorp.com. If you choose investor relations, we deliver it to ir@wanderportcorp.com.
Email. If you email info@wanderportcorp.com or ir@wanderportcorp.com, we receive the information you provide.
Technical information. This website does not use an advertising network or a separate analytics tool, and it does not set its own tracking cookies. Vercel hosts the site and may process technical information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served from this website.
How we use information
We use contact and technical information to answer consultations, access-code requests, investor-relations inquiries, and other messages; to tell you about the products and services you ask about; to operate and protect the website; and to keep business records and meet legal duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run the website and deliver messages. FormSubmit transmits the contact form. Vercel hosts the site. They receive what they need for that work.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect Wanderport, our users, or the public.
Issuer Works, services, and customer documents
Wanderport builds agentic AI for small and mid-size businesses. Issuer Works, our first product, is in beta. Access is by invitation and access code. IssuerIQ reviews filings and suggests items for a person to consider. A qualified person reviews every output.
We use third-party AI services to process and analyze customer documents. Those services receive the documents and instructions needed to do that work. Our agents are designed to see only the data a task requires.
Issuer Works does not provide legal, accounting, or investment advice. Our products support professionals. They do not replace counsel, accountants, or auditors.
A client engagement may also be covered by an agreement for that work. This policy still describes wanderportcorp.com.
Retention and your requests
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond, to keep ordinary business records, and to meet legal obligations. Email info@wanderportcorp.com to ask for a copy of the information you sent us, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will honor that request except where we must keep the information for a legal duty or a pending matter. You may also send investor-relations requests to ir@wanderportcorp.com.
Children
This website is for businesses, professionals, and investors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
